Insurance/Billing
I am in network with First Choice Health, and I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance company about your out-of-network coverage, including coverage for telemedicine, prior to your appointment. Full payment is due at the time of service. Patients are responsible for submitting bills to their insurance.
There is a charge for all scheduled appointments and all phone calls longer than 5 minutes (except for the initial 20-min free consultation). The current rate is:
Counseling and Psychotherapy Services
· $ 230 Intake, assessment, and diagnosis session (60 mins).
· $ 200 per session (50 mins), unless otherwise arranged.
. $220 per session (53-55 mins), unless otherwise arranged.
· $340 for prolonged sessions (90 mins).
. $150-$200 sliding scale.
. $1800 Weekend Intensive: 6 hours (in 2 days). This option is for the current patients only.
. $2500 Intensive package: 90-min intake session + 2 days of intensive therapy (6 hours total) + 60 min follow-up appointment.
. $3200 Intensive package: 90-min intake session + 3 days of intensive therapy (9 hours total) + 60 min follow-up appointment.
Coaching Services:
. $ 200 per session (50 mins)
. $2000 package for 12 sessions (sessions are 50 mins).
. $1800 Weekend Intensive: 6 hours (in 2 days). This option is for the current clients only.
. $2500 Intensive package: 90-min intake session + 2 days of intensive therapy (6 hours total) + 60 min follow-up appointment.
. $3200 Intensive package: 90-min intake session + 3 days of intensive therapy (9 hours total) + 60 min follow-up appointment.
GOOD-FAITH ESTIMATES
As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Due to lack of after-hours support, I am unable to offer services to individuals who require a higher level of care, including those who have been hospitalized in the past 90 days and/or have active suicidal ideation/recent attempts (90 days).
